File names with similar sized files are sorted as the same, but are totally different files. It would be useful if the files hash code was shown as well. This would enable a more definite comparison.

It would be nice if you were able to scan more than one folder at a time, so that you could have multiple scans going at any one time.

Include a folder compare option

As it stands this is a great piece of software, but I'd love to see an option for being able to compare folders.

Make it freeware or cost less than 1$

There are thousands of freeware/opensource programs that can do that and even more things...

Needs to be customisable e.g. computer usage (low, medium, high). Minimise-able. Instead of remove duplicate files, option to compress them (as a backup copy)

Change name from Clone Terminator to Clone EXterminator. That would suit the program better and I think that is what the developer(s) had in mind.

Make it free. $29 is alot for this simple task. There are other programs better then this one that is available free of charge.

Include a selection of skins for the GUI. This would add a more personal touch to the program. As it stands, it's very functional, but looks boring (IMO)

Application needs to understand dual monitors, so it doesn't centre every window across the two screens as they open.

For me a really nice program

would be able to discern almost identical filenames and not only sizes. I am precessing many files and saves the result (size different) with a small change in the filename

Add a button to delete all but 1 of the duplicate files in the results window. So in a directory, keeping unique files would be simple. If comparing 2 or more directories, let the user say 'dont delete from this one' but from the others.

Version 3.0 had a better layout. All the files of all the groups were listed one below the other with thier group numbers. It was very easy to select the duplicates across all groups and then delete them instead of doing it one group at a time.

A batch delete option that will allow you to just keep one of the files. Very good program, but I had MANY duplicate files and it took forever to delete each one manualy.
